RESPONSIBILITIES

​

    Architectural Coordination (Read & Draw Drawings).
    Liaise with Consultant/Clients/Sub contractors coordination works.
    Prepare MOS required and necessary works scopes. 
    Liaise with RTO”s site works progress inspections.
    Submit RFA / RFI for Formal approvals, with necessary endorsement / verifications procedures. 
 Arrangement with Clients / Sub-contractors’ meetings to discuss on details, etc.
 To prepare proposals details drawings to obtain various approvals .
    Coordinate, monitor works progress and quality of works
    Review work and update works schedules,
    If required, to prepare Submission drawings complying various authorities’ Guidelines
    Liaise with consultant in solving technical and detailing issues
    Ensure works progress is based on final approved drawings.
    Update works progress details to Management
    To record and notify Additional works claims with details, prior/ upon work completion. 
    If required meeting minutes will record to further coordination works . 
    Monitor works progress able to reach Project deadline
    Assist to determining project schedule and budgets
    If required to help to take-off Material Qty, & Estimation.
    Provide and propose materials samples with options
    If required purchase and coordinates with suppliers for materials purchase and arrangements 
    Ensure materials delivery on time to supply, to avoid delay work progress .
